Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of +99 Ultra Leaks. By creating an account or buying anything from us you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Who we are

+99 Ultra Leaks is a marketplace. Owners list digital resource folders. Members browse, earn or buy coins, and spend those coins to obtain a resource. We operate the marketplace and the payment processing; we are not the author of the resources themselves.

2. Accounts

• You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must be able to enter a contract where you live. Minimum age applies.
• One account per person. Shared or sold accounts will be banned with no refund.
• Telling us to recover access to a lost Discord account does not transfer a purchase.

3. Coins

• Coins have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for money, or transferred to anyone else. They are a store credit for this site only.
• Coins are obtained by buying a pack, winning the lucky spin, completing daily tasks, or receiving a promo code.
• The daily spin has a limited prize pot. When it is empty the wheel pauses until it resets.
• We may change coin prices, packs or rewards. We will not change prices on a purchase already made.
• We may remove a reward that is unlawful, infringes someone's rights, or was a clear error.

4. Buying a resource

• A purchase is final once coins are deducted. You receive a download link valid for your account.
• Download links are personal to you. Sharing, re-uploading or reselling a resource is a breach of these terms and of the owner's rights.
• Resources are delivered as supplied by the owner. We do not guarantee compatibility with any server, framework or game version.
• If a resource is removed permanently because of a rights complaint or an unlawful item, we will refund it in coins.

5. Owners and listings

• Owners must hold the right to sell what they list. You cannot list leaked, stolen or copyrighted material you do not own.
• Listings must be accurate: a real preview, an honest description, and a working download.
• You may not list resources intended to harm, phish, or gain unauthorised access to anything.
• Descriptions must not contain direct advertising or contact details for off-site sales.
• We may remove any listing that breaks these rules, and may suspend the account that posted it.

6. Prohibited use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, mirror, or bulk-copy the site or its listings.
• Use automated tools to buy, spin, or claim tasks outside the normal interface.
• Attempt to bypass download controls, or access resources you have not paid for.
• Interfere with the site, or use a VPN or proxy to evade a ban or a restriction.
• Resell access to this site, or include it in any resale or bundle.

7. Refunds

Our refund position is set out in full on the Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

8. Availability

The site is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Ending your access

You can stop using the site at any time. We may ban or suspend an account that breaks these terms. Where we suspend an account for abuse, any remaining coins are forfeited.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will say so on the site or in our Discord. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

11. Governing law
